This is our mantra for the bar menu. Because here, you get what we would order ourselves. So, if we find something we love - we add it to the bar. Simply put. Cozy coffee spot by day, vibrant bar by night – that’s how we would describe our bar. Come and try it yourself! Take a seat in the coziest surroundings, while we serve you a curated list of wine, beer, cocktails, and everything in between.

And what's even better? You can enjoy the drinks on the top of the city! On the 7th floor we've got The Rooftop serving the best view of Copenhagen (and beyond).

Forecast of today: 99% bubbles! As addition to the rest of the bar menu, we got a special curated selection of bubbles and champagne. You’ll find quite bespoke eye-catchers on the shelves - for every occasion. But let’s be honest, who needs an occasion to drink champagne?

BRØCHNER PILSNER

BREWED BY JACOBSEN, CARLSBERG

A Jacobsen beer exclusively brewed for Brøchner Hotels. It is the result of a local collaboration between Brøchner Hotels and Carlsberg brewery. Together we’ve crafted an unfiltered pale pilsner that’s crisp with subtle floral notes with the statement ’No Ordinary Beer’.

ONE WINE

CREATED WITH ADEGA MAYOR

ONE is produced by the acknowledged Portuguese family-owned winery, Adega Mayor, known for high-class quality wine. A shared passion for wine and a true dedication to making it unique brought us together to create the “one and only” wine. So, we named it ‘ONE’.

ONE comes as a smooth silky red and a fresh delicate white. Both are served during our daily Wine Hour.
